As our new delivery manager, you will be part of a business with high potential. The challenge In your role as delivery manager you lead and drive the business in cooperation with the management team to reach a high performing organization. As a leader at consafe logistics, you have an important role in reaching business success through our people. Your main responsibilities as the delivery manager are: • develop, recruit, motivate and retain personnel, as well as coach, support and challenge operations and staff in obtaining and developing operational efficiency Your profile We believe you are an ambitious leader with strong commitment to deliver on your promises. You have previous experience from leading technical staff and always strive for continuous improvements. As a part of your role, we expect you to set clear targets and expectations for the individual and group. You need to be willing to give continues feedback and to follow up on performance. You know how to develop people and successful teams. To be successful in this role, you also need to understand the business of logistics and the importance of delivering on time. A proactive and holistic business view is important, as well as previous experience of leading change. You speak swedish and english fluently. As a person you are driven and have the willingness to work with logistics solutions and to learn new things. It would be an advantage if you have been working within projects.
