The strategy & business development team at bsh home appliances ab plays a crucial part in taking the lead regarding strategic management within the region northern europe. The challenge Each associate has a specific area of expertise, in this case lean six sigma, and also applies his/her general tool-box of project management skills to projects addressing challenges within sales, digitalization, internet-of-things and continuous improvement to name a few. The team’s responsibilities are divided into five different areas: strategy, organizational steering, in-house consulting/pmo, process & organization development and new business. As an expert on lean, your responsibilities will encompass the design and improvement of the organization and the business processes. Another important part of your role will be to take charge of the guideline management within bsh northern europe. In this position, you are part of a team of 8 associates and report to head of department strategy & business development northern europe. What you like to do and bring to the position You are used to and thrive in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams. You have a master’s degree within economics/business, engineering or another relevant field, and additional post graduate studies are a plus. Your motivation and inspiration You take pride in your communication skills across geographical as well as organizational borders, and you easily adopt a holistic view.
