The Strategy & Business Development team at BSH Home Appliances AB plays a crucial part in taking the lead regarding strategic management within the region Northern Europe. In alignment with the BSH Home Appliances Group strategy that focuses on growth and the global perspective, region Europe forms its platform on the strongest brands in the market, the most innovative products and a consumer-centric sales approach. The Strategy & Business Development team is invaluable when it comes to putting continuous improvement on the agenda and to ensuring the development of the organization to the benefit of its employees, customers and consumers.


Being a member of the Strategy & Business Development team at BSH Home Appliances means that you will be part of a highly skilled, collaborative and committed team that supports the whole region in bringing comprehensive strategies into the day-to-day business across all functions and levels.

Each Associate has a specific area of expertise, in this case Lean Six Sigma, and also applies his/her general tool-box of project management skills to projects addressing challenges within sales, digitalization, internet-of-things and continuous improvement to name a few. The team’s responsibilities are divided into five different areas: Strategy, Organizational Steering, In-house Consulting/PMO, Process & Organization Development and New Business. To work in this team therefore means to drive process development closely alongside the everyday business as well as to lead projects with a specific timeline.

As an expert on Lean, your responsibilities will encompass the design and improvement of the organization and the business processes. You will participate and drive training programs for staff throughout the region, in order to further improve their skills within project, process and change management.

Another important part of your role will be to take charge of the guideline management within BSH Northern Europe. The guidelines for BSH Northern Europe are to be regarded as truly necessary and helpful to all employees and you will be a driver to this purpose by assisting in their formulation, enabling access and follow-up on their relevance on a regular basis.

In this position, you are part of a team of 8 associates and report to Head of Department Strategy & Business Development Northern Europe.


Your skills are extensive in developing concepts and putting them into actual use. You love to drive change and navigate with your experience from using the Lean Six Sigma methodology. 

You are used to and thrive in working on an international scale, with cross-functional and cross-cultural projects and teams. Therefore, you are fluent in English, and it is an advantage if you are proficient in a Nordic or Baltic language.

You have a master’s degree within Economics/Business, Engineering or another relevant field, and additional post graduate studies are a plus. You are trained in Lean Six Sigma, and we believe that you have a belt status of green or black.


In your mind, project and process work are useful only if they lead to sustainable change. Your conceptual thinking allows your practical mindset and your collaborative working style to be the basis for sustainable implementation of your work.

You take pride in your communication skills across geographical as well as organizational borders, and you easily adopt a holistic view.
