On behalf of our client, k2 search is looking for an international director of product engineering.
The main task is to lead a research & development team within hardware engineering. The team designs and builds from concept up to beta machines.
The company is an international market leader in its segment with offices in different countries.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have experience from working in a fast paced industrial equipment design company such as a contract design and manufacturing firm. You can think ”out of the box” for creative solutions to deliver products to aggressive time constraints as well as simultaneously meet design and business requirements.
Requirements:
• minimum bachelor’s degree, mechanical engineering, or controls engineering, preferably masters or equivalent
• 10+ years experience, at least 4 being in a managerial role
• experience working with international teams, in other countries
• a managerial role of at least 10 employees direct or indirect in last two years
• fluent in swedish and english, oral and written
