Business Development Manager

You will be part of an international team within corrugated solutions with focus on supplying materials to corrugated board manufacturers and packaging solutions to brand owners. Corrugated solutions delivers strong and light materials, fluting and liner, which are used in corrugated boxes for fragile goods and demanding distribution systems.
the focus area for the business development manager is to increase customer value by increasing our knowledge and adding values within strategic packaging segments. As business development manager, you will support the internal organization with knowledge and tools together with initiating development of new products, services, business and solutions.

Your main responsibilities

As business development manager you will conduct segment specific market analysis and develop new solutions beyond the traditional ones for our products and service offerings.
further you will participate in internal product- and service development projects as well as packaging development projects and presentations at customers and brand-owners.

Domestic and international travel to mills, customers and distribution centers is required.

The position is based at billerudkorsnäs head office in solna or at gruvön.

Experience & skills

• 5 years of, sales, business development experience in the packaging industry
• experience partnering with customers and suppliers on solutions
• understand and formulate value propositions
• international experience (including travelling)
• english, fluent verbally and in writing

It is a plus, but not required, to have:
• strong ability to adapt and sell technical, engineering and logistical services to clients with a commercial mind set
• proven negotiation and assertive communication skills with excellent presentation, selling, negotiation, and analytical skills required.
