The Site Human Resources Director will lead the development of a good work environment with managers, employees and staff representatives by identifying, analyzing and addressing risks and establishing constructive dialogue.
The Director will have responsibility to foster Talent acquisition and Development Strategies across the different departments of the Unit.
The Site Human Resource Director will also contribute to the definition, implementation and monitoring of the HR Plans for the Unit: organization Development planning, compensation plans, manpower plans and other HR processes for the Site.
The Site Human Resources Director will play a key role in the success of the Galderma-Q-Med integration at the main historic site of Q-Med, in particular she or he will lead the implementation of the HR practices harmonisation project.
The Site Human Resource Director will provide appropriate solutions to address general and
individual HR issues and assist Area/Division Management and staff in the execution of the related actions. The position will organize the HR activities and manage departmental expenses, costs and will supervise a total of five people within the HR unit. The role also offers a great focus on management of staffing activities (recruitments and internal appointments).
• Education/Training : University degree (BSc or Master) within Human Resources or Business related field.
• Work Experience : minimum 5 years in a HR specialist role (Recruiter, Training & Development Manager, Compensation Specialist) and 5 to10 years as generalist (HR entity or Unit Manager), in an International Environment.
• Experience in operating in a highly skilled/complex environment and in Change Management is
a prerequisite for this role.
