Short-Term Planning Lead Nordics

The position as Short-Term Planning Lead Nordics is a unique opportunity to join CCEP at an exciting point, shaping the Nordic cluster function pivotal for business success. Holding a key role in an international organization, your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of short-term supply planning tasks such as Deployment & Inventory, Call off allocation, and scheduling in the Nordics (SE/NO).

Key Responsibilities:

·      Drive the transformation of the Nordic Cluster, ensuring a progressive and positive working atmosphere.

·      Lead and coach the Short-Term Planning team of 12 employees

·      Oversee the development of short-term Supply and Material plans

·      Monitor progress against plans, ensuring key stakeholders are regularly updated.

·      Ensure the achievement of supply chain strategy targets: working capital, service level, line efficiency & losses.

·      Lead continuous improvement projects and/or efficiency plans in the evolution of the supply planning strategy.

·      Support all new product launches and product transitions while achieving performance targets on service level, working capital, and losses.

·      Manage and build stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment between functions and supply chain strategy.

You will work in closely collaboration with Mid-Term Planning Teams, Production & Logistics, and report to the Planning & Commercialisation Lead Nordics.

The location for this role is 20 minutes south of Stockholm, in Jordbro at one of Europe’s most advanced beverage facilities. The role will also require you to travel.

About you

We are looking for an experienced leader with a track record of successfully guiding teams, boasting over 6 years of relevant work experience and more than 3 years in the supply chain planning domain. Experience in the FMCG environment and leading multicultural teams with international exposure is a definite plus.

We also believe that you can provide knowledge and expertise on plant production operations to meet production requirements. You have an in-depth understanding of the planning process, production strategies, Inventory Management, and differentiated stock strategies and control. You have the ability to understand the impact and interrelation of different supply chain processes on the plan and apply this knowledge to your daily operations. You improve the quality of the supply plan by ensuring the use of the appropriate planning process and by the proper setup and use of planning solutions. You continuously improve performance in terms of total SC cost and customer service and advocate/key influencer in the global supply planning process.

Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain, Economics or Finance is required as well as fluency in English.
