About the role

In summary, the role means that you are responsible for the Service Sales team achieving expected business success in a motivating, developing, effective and advisory way. Also, that the Service Sales team’s customers experience a high-quality partnership based on the service contract portfolio offered and delivered. Furthermore, that the employees in the Service Sales team feel stability, clarity, motivation, and inspiration.

Organizationally, you belong to the Nordic Service Sales operations and report to the Service Nordic Business Area Manager. The team which you have budget, personnel, and work environment responsibility for – consists of 8 employees distributed in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. The role involves some traveling to customers and colleagues in the Nordics and sometimes within Europe.

Your main duties will be:

Place of employment is in Stockholm where 60 colleagues work within functions such as; HR, IT, Finance, Product sales, and the Nordic Service Sales Team.
