HR Business Partner Finland - Unilever

We are now looking for a business-minded and development-oriented HR Business Partner to drive business success through the performance and engagement of people at Unilever Finland.

Your role as HRBP Finland includes three dimensions. Firstly, you will be responsible for driving the Nordic HR agenda in Unilever Finland and working as an integral part of the Country Leadership Team. You will be a trusted associate and a sparring partner of the General Manager and other management team members and implement Global/Nordic People initiatives to Finland. Secondly, you will act as a HR Business Partner for the sales unit, driving business success by providing HR partnership and expertise for the business managers. And thirdly, you will own and lead wider HRD projects on Nordic level eg. Wellbeing, Learning etc.

You will work in close cooperation with the Nordic HR team, which consists of over 20 professionals in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway. As a collective team they are on a journey to becoming more digital, agile, front line focused and drive their own skill sets relevant for the future. You will be reporting to the Nordic HR Director.

What we are looking for: 

  • You have a versatile HR background and at least a few years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, close to the business
  • You are familiar with working in an international setting, and thus know how to influence, network and navigate in a global matrix organization 
  • You truly are a business-minded HR professional; you understand the challenges and needs of the business and deliver the right solutions to increase business value
  • You dare challenge the status quo and put forth your own views and ideas
  • You know how to build trustful relationships at all levels of the organization
  • You are a solution-oriented and proactive doer who takes his/her space in a positive way 
  • You have strong communication skills in English and Finnish

This position is located at Unilever’s new office in Kalasatama, Helsinki.
