As Business manager at Arccore, you will be responsible for a growing business unit. The units today are Electric powertrain, Autonomous drive ADAS/AD, Connectivity and Infotainment.
The main focus of this role is to secure business results for Arccore and develop the business and organization further. You will also ensure that Arccores strategies address market demands and that chosen initiative will be implemented successfully. The goal is to build a clear organization globally, increase sales growth, and deliver projects with high customer satisfaction. You will work proactively with business development, make business plans and establish new offers together with the product organization. You are expected to recruit and expand your unit and be an open and trustful leader for your team. You will also build strong long-term relationships with customers and suppliers. This position is located at the headquarter in Gothenburg and business travel will occur. Arccore has offices in Sweden, Germany, India and China and is expanding fast.
