Area Sales Manager, Nordics - Unilin BVBA

Unilin panels division has a strong market position in the Nordic region. The company offers products with a high degree of added customer value to professional builders, carpenters and shop fitters. The products are mainly used for interior decoration of shops and public spaces. Thanks to the strong Unilin brand, well known for quality and innovation, you will work in a very positive environment with potential for strong for continued growth in the Nordic region. To enjoy and thrive, you are already a senior sales person working with B2B sales in an area related to building/construction materials. You will cover the Nordic region, which means that you must like and have a family situation which allows for extensive travelling in the region and frequent trips to headquarters in Belgium.

Main tasks and responsibilities

You will further develop and expand the existing business in the Nordics and explore new opportunities through sales towards trade, DIY and industry of the complete panels product portfolio.

You support existing distribution structures as well as continuously work with identifying and contracting new partners. You are regularly visiting customers and prospects to provide them with the necessary guidance, support and training for their local sales people. You work from a home based office and report directly to the Sales Director Export based at headquarters in Belgium.

Your background and experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant sales experience in a B2B setting
  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills
  • Know-how of panels and construction materials market is an asset
  • Nordic exposure an asset
