Your role is to challenge, motivate and monitor the Nordic sales team within IWS in reaching their challenging business targets. You will develop and implement the yearly budgets and commercial plans per country and be operational in customer sales projects. You report directly to the General Manager Sales Nordics. The office is based in Solna/Stockholm.
