REGIONAL DIRECTOR PROCUREMENT NORDIC

The position as Regional Director Procurement, Nordic, is an important key role based on the major change work BMI is undergoing where Procurement has been identified as a critical function for BMI.
This role will be an important key player in the transition process and the role will collaborate closely with the national organizations as well as interactions with colleagues at Group level. The role will have 3 direct reports and reports to the Group Procurement Director based in Luxemburg. The position will also take place as a member of BMI Procurement Leadership Team.
The Challenge
BMI Group is currently in a very exciting phase of transition and there will be important challenges to deal with. These will include major system change that affects working methods and processes for the entire company as well as building strong relationships and collaborations with important stakeholders at national and group level as well as strategic suppliers.
