The role

Somfy has a strong market position in Sweden with a possibility to grow even more in some segments. We need to recruit a new manager for the Swedish business. Somfy Sweden is mainly a sales and service organization with 17 persons and a turnover of around 85 MSEK. The position reports to MD Somfy Norhern Europe, based in The Netherlands.

This is a general managerial role with business- and sales management focus. It is also operational with own client contacts (key accounts, larger clients). The new manager can expect to join a company in good shape with a nice environment and a stable organization. The challenge is to move to the next level and to grow the business.

Your profile

You have a strong background within sales development and sales management. You are either an experienced leader from a role with full responsibility for a business unit or a strong commercial leader of a sales unit ready to take broader responsibilities. You have a proven track record in delivering through teams. You like to do business with own client contacts but also support the sales team and to work operational. You have experience working in an international environment, within technical solutions or working with installers. You have a degree/equivalent in Master Sales, Marketing or Business Administration. Professional business language in both Swedish and English.

As a person you are driven, have a lot of positive energy and have excellent skills in building relationships. You are an inspiratonal leader with capability to motivate, communicate, be clear on targets/expectations and with a good strategic hight.
