Senior Service Innovation Manager – Circular

Do you have a strong interest in sustainability and have a deep knowledge and experience within business development identifying solutions and service concepts that creates success in a circular economy? Do you have a strong passion for contributing to a more sustainable society through new innovative ideas and service solutions for the food service industry?

Then you could be the right person for us as our Senior Service Innovation Manager.

As our Service Innovation Manager, you will play an important role in the development and implementation of Duni Groups’ innovation and service strategy. You will be reporting directly to our Innovation and Business Development Manager who holds a place in the strategic management team.

As Service Innovation Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing our service innovation strategy within Circular Economy (“where to play and how to win”) to strengthen our circular service offer. You will be responsible developing identified business opportunities and for the conceptualization, development, and execution of decided service innovation pilots.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Turn insights and data into service value propositions.
• Identify business opportunities and turn them into business cases. 
• Manage projects and build, iterate, and develop our circular service offer.
• Support the launch and commercialization of services both internally and externally.
• Develop our internal innovation service capacity. 

You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with both customers and colleagues. You have excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written. Finally, as a person you are action-oriented, have an open mind and like to run projects, taking them from A-Z, you are strongly self-driven and take a great responsibility for your work tasks.

Your background

To succeed in the role we believe you have a strong experience in business development, understanding the “jobs to be done” and implementation of service innovation. We expect you to have a degree at university level within Business and proven skills in project management and the circular economy framework. You have experience of strong indirect management, change management skills and are not afraid to challenge. It is an advantage if you have an established network within entrepreneurship, start-ups and/or innovation community.

The role will be placed at Duni Group HQ in Malmö.
