Packsize is expanding and now needs to reinforce with a director of production.
The main task is to be overall responsible for the production at the unit in enköping with currently 4 production lines. You will have personal responsibility for approximately 45 employees, of which a least 2 direct reporting managers.
You will report to the general manager for packsize technologies ab and be a part of the swedish management team.

Requirements:
• senior leadership experience with proven track record of managerial positions
• experience of fast pace production environment
• technical knowledge and understanding
• fluent in swedish and english, oral and written
