MAN Diesel & Turbo Sverige AB acquired the Marine Fuel & Bunkering Business from Cryo AB. It is currently being integrated into the MAN Diesel & Turbo’s four-stroke marine business. MAN Cryo has a broad product line of equipment for LNG, both on-shore and off-shore applications. It includes Marine LNG Fuel Gas Systems with more than 40 systems operating to date, LNG Bunkering Systems for bunker vessels and for On-Shore installation. Our experience and product portfolio allows us to supply equipment for all Marine LNG needs.
Head of Sales has the overall sales responsibility, building new commercial relationships, as well as expanding and improving existing business. Main responsibilities will be to identify growth opportunities, guide, motivate and engage the Sales Team and define the sales strategy on a yearly base according to the strategy and targets from HQ.
In order to be successful, it is important to gain an understanding of the customer’s processes, and needs, articulating the value of MAN solutions and how they address the customer’s needs. Exchange experience, know-how, customer/ market information with the colleagues globally. Head of Sales will be reporting to the CEO of MAN Diesel & Turbo Sverige AB.

• Excellent track record in Sales
• Solid understanding of the Marine Industry
• Ability to lead the sales team as well as being part of a team
• Fluent English and Swedish language skills
• Willingness to travel to customers sites in Europe, Asia and Americas
• Proven experience of successful selling of complex products
• At least 3 years of academic studies. Or equivalent
• Driven and sales oriented
• Active and persistent

• Capacity to negotiate strategically
