Head of Nordic Channel Sales

The channel sales team is responsible for selling and supporting OKI´s complete product and solution offering to the channel partners in the Nordics. In this international position, you are responsible for achieving the assigned sales goal of your team of six Regional Sales Managers based in four countries. You will coach in all aspects of the sales process involving other functions to assist in solution development and proposal delivery as needed. Further you will make sure that there is a partner account plan in place for each partner and that this plan is delivered upon. You will proactively monitor the partner satisfaction.

As the Nordic Channel Sales Manager you will lead and inspire the team to successfully maintain and grow relationships with channel partners, while achieving assigned sales and profit growth goals. You will motivate the team to exceptional performance – short and longer term – and create a culture of sharing best practices.

In this role, you will report to the Nordic Sales Director. The position is based in Kista and traveling will be required within the Nordic region.

• Minimum 5 years of channel partner sales experience in a customer facing role
• Several years sales leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape
• Excellent presentational and communication skills
• Advantageous is experience of software or cloud solution sales
• Proficient in Swedish and English

As a leader, you have a positive attitude and a structured approach. You are self-motivated with a large amount of energy and high ambition.
